Banana-Yoghurt with walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 10 g Walnut kernels
  • 200 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Peel and slice the banana and sprinkle with lemon juice. Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of syrup. Fold in banana slices. Put banana yoghurt in a bowl.

    Sprinkle nuts over it. Drizzle a teaspoon of syrup over it. Dust with chili and decorate with lemon balm.
