Ingredients

  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sake (Japanese rice wine
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 2 Bananas
  • 7-10 Tbsp candied violets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Mix quark with sake, lemon juice and zest, sugar and vanillin sugar. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Cut bananas into cubes and fold in. Fill into small bowls and decorate with candied violets and lemon balm
