Baked potatoes with three kinds of cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 12 medium-sized potatoes (about 1,2 kg)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some oil + 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper, salt
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) slab
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 discs Pineapple (can)
  • 100 g Camembert or Brie
  • 100 g blue cheese (e.g. Bergader)
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Hazelnut leaves

Directions

    Wash or brush the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Halve the potatoes and place them on an oiled baking tray with the cut surface facing upwards. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with pepper and a little salt. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes

    Dice ham and pineapple very finely. Halve the camembert and cut into slices. Finely crumble the blue cheese. Grate Gouda finely

    Sprinkle 8 potato halves with ham and Gouda cheese, 8 potato halves with blue cheese and nut leaves Cover the remaining potato halves with camembert slices and pineapple. Bake the potatoes at the same temperature for another 10 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad
