Baked peppers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • several sheets Basil

Directions

    Quarter the peppers, clean and wash them. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel garlic and also cut into slices. Slice the cheese into shavings with a peeler. Put the paprika quarters on a baking tray and cover with 1-2 tomato slices. Sprinkle garlic on top.

    Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 250°C/ gas: level 5) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and basil leaves. Italian herb baguette tastes good with it
