Paprika feta cheese skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 250 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 big yellow pepper
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 120 g olives stuffed with almonds
  • 1 small stem rosemary
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of red berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs, and lemon

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Pluck off the mint leaves, wash and cut into fine strips. Mix prepared ingredients and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper and let it stand.

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into larger pieces. Cut feta cheese into large cubes. Put the peppers, cheese and olives alternately on skewers. Wash and finely chop the rosemary. Mix lemon juice, oil, herbs and crushed red berries.

    Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the skewers, let them steep a little. Serve skewers and dip garnished with fresh herbs and lemon. Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
