Ingredients

  • 200 g Baguette
  • 125 g Camembert
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 100 g Wild cranberries (glass)
  • 1⁄4 Federation Chives

Directions

    Cut bread into 16 thin slices. Cut cheese into 8 slices. Wash and quarter pears, remove core and cut pear quarters into slices.

    Preheat oven grill (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Heat oil with butter in a large pan. Fry slices of bread in portions in the pan on both sides for approx. 3 minutes until golden brown.

    Remove the slices of bread. Spread half of it with cranberries, cover with cheese and pear slices. Place one slice of bread on each and press down lightly. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes, wash the chives, cut into small rolls and sprinkle on the sandwich.

    Green salad tastes good with it.
