Baked legs of duck with dips

Ingredients

  • 4 Leg of duck (approx. 350 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 50 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radish, cucumber and chillies
  • 100 g Hoi Sin sauce (from the Asia shop)
  • 100 ml Asia spicy sauce, sweet-sour

Directions

    Wash the legs of duck and pat dry. Rub with salt and pepper and place on a baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. Mix honey and sesame seeds. Brush the legs with it about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

    Wash and drain the sprouts. Peel or clean and wash the vegetables. Decorate or cut out as you like. Serve with the duck legs. Add sauces
