Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic tubers (125 g each)
  • 4 TSP Olive oil
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 Carbonades (à approx. 175 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme, parsley and oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp tomato slices and lemon wedges
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chili

    Brush the garlic with oil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 25 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the tomatoes crosswise. Seven minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle with parmesan and place on a baking tray. Wash the carbonades and dab dry. Fry in hot oil for five minutes on each side.

    Season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs and chop them, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Arrange meat, grilled tomatoes and garlic on plates, garnished with slices of tomato, lemon wedges and fresh herbs. Swirl the chopped herbs and some ground chilli in the frying fat and pour over the meat. Serve with herb baguette
