Remove green leaves from the corn. Wash the corn cobs and cook in boiling water for 35-45 minutes. Take out and drain. Cut bacon strips in half. Spread some herb butter on the corn, cover with the bacon and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes or cook under the grill for about 10 minutes.
Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Garnish the hot corn on the cobs with the remaining herb butter, sprinkle with parsley.
