Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and chives
  • 250 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 (approx. 350 g) Celeriac
  • 1 big apple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4-6 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 (125 g each) Camemberts
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the herbs and chop finely. Season yoghurt with salt, pepper and sugar. Peel and wash the celery. Wash and core the apple. Cut both into fine sticks and mix with lemon. Stir in herbs and yoghurt

    Mix flour, breadcrumbs and almonds in a deep plate. Whisk the egg in a deep dish. Turn the cheese first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs mixture. Press a little bit

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the cheese for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with the celery salad
