  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 (125 g) Cream Camembert
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cranberries (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves

Directions

    Mix flour and breadcrumbs. Turn the camembert first in the whisked egg, then in the flour and breadcrumbs mixture. Bake in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Roast the toast, brush with butter.

    Arrange the camembert with butter toast, cranberries and possibly salad leaves.
