Knead the pizza base mix, 100 ml cold water and oil with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Line a greased, square form (24 x 24 cm) with the dough, raising one edge. Place the vegetables in a pan without defrosting them. Fry over high heat and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Grate cheese finely.
Whisk cream and eggs, add cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the vegetables on the pizza dough, pour on the egg-cream. Bake the quiche in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes
