  • 2 TABLESPOONS pesto alla genovese
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 300 g Vine tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Meter bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Mix pesto and cream cheese. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Pluck mozzarella into fine pieces. Cut bread into slices

    Spread half of the bread slices with pesto cream cheese and cover the remaining bread slices with tomato slices and mozzarella. Season tomato and mozzarella slices with salt, pepper and drizzle oil. Garnish with basil
