Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 hot chili pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt, pepper, chilli, broth.
  • 2 Pack of tomato pieces
  • 1 Ds Kindney beans

Directions

    Minced with onion and garlic and spring onions, sauté well, season with salt and pepper, add chilli, dice paprika and also add to it, steam everything a bit. Then add the tomatoes and the Kindney beans, bring to the boil briefly.

    Let it burn for half an hour on a low flame. Hmmmmm. Best with noodles, rice or bread. Bon appetit.
