Bacon pancakes au gratin

Ingredients

  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1/8 l Mineral water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS oil for brushing
  • 100 g aged Gouda cheese

Directions

    Mix milk, mineral water, eggs and salt. Stir in flour. Halve the bacon. Spread a small pan (approx. 15 cm Ø) with oil. Fry 2-3 pieces of bacon briefly and pour some dough on each.

    Fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Bake 7 more pancakes in the same way. Grate cheese roughly. Roll up the pancakes, put them in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 3-4 minutes.
