  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 1 medium leek (leek)
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 100 g streaky smoked bacon

  • 2 TEASPOONS dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 3.8 kg) ready-to-cook baby turkey
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 75 g Raisins
  • 3/4 l Clear chicken bouillon
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1.25 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 500 g white mushrooms
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 3-4 Tbsp dark sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp small wooden skewers and kitchen yarn
