Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Pour onto a plate and set aside. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Heat honey and lime juice in the pan. Fry the banana halves for about 2 minutes.
Take out and let the honey-lime sauce boil down a little. Arrange three banana halves in portions, drizzle with honey sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Decorate as you like with lime wheels and lemon balm.
