Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados (about 300 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Cucumber
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 piston (200 g) Chicory
  • 250 g Celery
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Flatbread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin, place in a bowl, add lemon juice and puree. Stir in quark. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Wash the cucumber, dab dry and grate 150 g coarsely, squeeze a little. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Add garlic, cucumber and chives to the avocado cream and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

    For the raw vegetables peel carrots and cut them into long diagonal slices. Clean the chicory, remove the leaves and wash. Clean the celery, put some green aside and wash. Cut the stalks in half and cut into long pieces.

    Cut the rest of the cucumber into thick sticks. Arrange vegetables on a plate. Garnish with celery green. Fill avocado tzatziki into a bowl. Serve everything together with the flat bread. Garnish with lemon slices.
