Avocado-Pear Salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 small avocados
  • 2 small pears
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 Oak leaf salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds. Peel the fruits and cut into half rings. Peel, quarter, core and cut pears into pieces. Dice cheese. Wash salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar, add oil and season to taste. Arrange the salad on plates and cover with the marinade. Sprinkle with pepper.
