Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados (about 300 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon corners and peel, avocado pieces

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and crush with a fork. Stir in lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in mustard. Arrange in glasses, garnish with lemon corners, peel and avocado pieces.
