Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomatoes

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone. Remove the flesh. Puree with lemon juice and onion. Stir in tomatoes. Season to taste
