Ingredients

  • 1 Head oak leaf salad
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 150 g medieval Gouda cheese in slices
  • 50 g Walnut halves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into bite-sized pieces. Remove rind from cheese and cut into triangles. Chop nuts roughly. Mix vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whip oil into it and add nuts. Mix salad, cheese and honey-nut vinaigrette
