Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 g blue grapes
  • 2 Apples (about 200 g each)
  • 2 Pears (about 150 g each)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Almond slivers or flaked almonds
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly mint leaves

Directions

    Mix honey and lemon juice in a bowl. Wash the grapes, remove the stalks and allow to drain. Halve grapes lengthwise, possibly remove seeds

    Wash apples and pears and pat dry. Quarter apples, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut pears in half, possibly cut off 4 slices for decoration. Quarter remaining pears, remove seeds and cut into pieces

    Add apples, pears and grapes to the bowl and mix with the honey marinade. Let the salad steep for about 10 minutes

    Roast the almonds without fat until golden brown, take them out. Season the sour cream with sugar. Serve fruit salad. Put a blob of sour cream on each. Sprinkle with almonds and decorate with mint and pear slices if desired
