Wash apples and pears and pat dry. Quarter apples, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cut pears in half, possibly cut off 4 slices for decoration. Quarter remaining pears, remove seeds and cut into pieces
Add apples, pears and grapes to the bowl and mix with the honey marinade. Let the salad steep for about 10 minutes
Roast the almonds without fat until golden brown, take them out. Season the sour cream with sugar. Serve fruit salad. Put a blob of sour cream on each. Sprinkle with almonds and decorate with mint and pear slices if desired
