Asian-style turnip vegetables

Ingredients

  • 400 g Turkey escalope
  • 1/2 (approx. 600 g) Turnip
  • 1 collar ( approx. 200 g) Spring onions
  • 1 glass (212 ml) Corn Veal
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Asian sauce (sweet chili sauce)
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of soy sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime and chillies

Directions

    Wash the turkey, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel, wash and cut the turnip into strips. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into strips. Drain the corn on the veal and cut into slices of about 1 cm thick. Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime heat oil, fry turkey strips in it until golden brown.

    Brown the turnip strips in it, deglaze with broth. Stir in the Asian sauce and cook for about 8 minutes. Add spring onions and corn and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce and lime juice. Serve with the rice in portions. Serve garnished with a slice of lime and chilli pepper
