Peel, wash and quarter the turnip, cut into thin slices and cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes until firm to the bite. In the meantime, cut the Maultaschen lengthwise into quarters. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings.
Heat the oil in a large, coated pan. Fry Maultaschen in it for 1-2 minutes. Add 4-5 tablespoons of water. Drain the turnips and let them drain. Add spring onions and turnips to the Maultaschen and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning them over.
Add the chilli sauce, swivel through and season to taste with some salt and pepper.
