Asian roast pork baguette with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients

  • 250–300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 very small onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Asian roast pork in thin slices (with crust)
  • 4 Baguette roll (approx. 60 g each)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

Directions

    Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Mix vinegar, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Fold in the oil.

    Mix Chinese cabbage and vinaigrette.

    Cut the buns open horizontally. Spread mayonnaise on the halves, cover with Chinese cabbage and roast pork. Drizzle with chilli sauce and sprinkle with rind. Place the top half of the roll on top.
