Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean, peel and slice the carrots. Clean and wash spring onion and cut into pieces of about 2 cm. Clean cabbage and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes while turning it until crumbly. After 5 minutes add the prepared vegetables. Season with salt and chili sauce. Mix in rice.
