Rice with saffron, tomato, chilli and basil

Ingredients

  • 250 g Basmati Rice
  • 1 jar (0.1 g) Saffron
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small, red chili pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Prepare rice with saffron in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the quarters into small cubes. Wash the chilli and cut into rings.

    Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Add tomato and chilli to the rice and arrange in bowls. Garnish with basil.
