Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Butter
  • 300 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 Spring onions

Directions

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Heat butter in a pot, add garlic and rice. Add 600 ml water, season with salt, bring to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes in a closed pot.

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Fold the rings into the finished rice and serve.
