Halve the apples and cut them into fine slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix egg yolks, milk, oil, quark, salt, diabetic sweetener and lemon peel. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve onto the quark mixture and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Roll out the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover with apple slices. Heat the jam and spread on the apples. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 35 minutes
