Apple pie with cinnamon curd

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 5 TABLESPOONS (50 g) Milk or buttermilk
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 45 g dark wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) small peeled and cored apple
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Whisk 3 tbsp. milk, egg, sweetener and salt. Stir in flour and baking powder. Cover and allow to swell for about 10 minutes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. With a tablespoon, add 3 blobs (approx. 8 cm Ø) and bake for 2-3 minutes. Cut apple into 3 thick rings or 6 slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Spread on the apple pies. Turn and finish baking

    In the meantime, stir the quark and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth and season to taste with sweetener. Dust the apple cakes with cinnamon and arrange the cakes with it
