For the punch, wash the ginger and cut into thin slices with the skin. Boil up apple juice, pear nectar, ginger and cinnamon sticks. Remove from the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Wash the apple. Cut off 8 thin slices and cut each one once to the core.
Spread with lemon juice. Spread punch in glasses or cups and decorate with apple slices.
