Squeeze the lemon. Mix yoghurt, mascarpone, lemon juice and sugar. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Wash and clean half of the strawberries, dab dry and cut into thin slices.
Dip half of the cantuccini in the orange juice. Place the dipped Cantuccini close together in a rectangular shape (e.g. approx. 15 x 30 cm) with a high rim. Spread approx. 1⁄3 of the cream on top and cover with strawberry slices, close together.
Approx. 1⁄3 of the cream on it. Dip the rest of the cantuccini in the remaining orange juice and spread on the cream. Spread the rest of the cream loosely on top. Cover and leave to cool for at least 5 hours, the cantuccini should be soaked thoroughly.
Finely chop the chocolate. Sprinkle Tiramisu with chopped chocolate and sprinkle generously with cocoa. Shortly before serving, wash and clean the rest of the strawberries and, depending on their size, halve or quarter them. Spread the strawberries on the tiramisu and serve.
