Apple pancakes with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Flour
  • 5 tablespoons (10 g each) Skimmed milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 1 (125 g) Apples
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (5 g each) Oil
  • 2 discs (20 g each) Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Whisk the egg, stir in the flour, milk and some mineral water. Wash apple, quarter it, remove core. Cut apple into fine slices. Heat oil. Add dough, cover with apple slices and bake on both sides until golden brown.

    Arrange salmon ham on the pancake, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley.
