Apple pancakes with amaretto ice cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 crossed out. Tsp baking powder
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 2-3 (approx. 400 g) Apples
  • 4 TSP clarified butter
  • 4 (50 ml each) Balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Amaretto Almond Ice Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp some cinnamon-sugar

Directions

    Separate eggs. Beat the egg yolks, salt and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix flour, baking powder and custard powder. Sieve onto the egg yolk mixture and stir in together with the milk. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes

    Wash, peel, quarter, core and slice the apples. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the dough in portions

    Heat 1 tsp. clarified butter in a frying pan (24 cm Ø). Add 1/4 of the dough and spread 1/4 apple slices on top. Bake pancakes on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, keep warm. Bake 3 more apple pancakes in the same way

    Arrange the pancakes with 1 scoop of Amaretto ice cream and sprinkle with some cinnamon sugar as desired
