  • 75 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 700 g Apples
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Almond liqueur
  • 100 g sliced almonds
  • 10-12 Paper baking cups

Directions

    Grate marzipan. Peel and grate apples. Boil down apples, marzipan, sugar and cinnamon for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally. Put the lady fingers in a freezer bag and crumble them with a cake roll. Add crumbs, chopped almonds and liqueur to the apple mixture and let it cool down. Form the mixture into balls and turn them into sliced almonds. Arrange in paper baking cups
