Hazelnut waffles with chocolate sauce, honey bananas and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients

  • 100 g lactose-free chocolate
  • 200 g lactose-free whipped cream
  • 150 g soft lactose-free butter or margarine
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 100 g Hazelnut flakes
  • 200 ml lactose-free milk
  • 3 small bananas
  • 4-5 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

    Break chocolate into pieces. Heat the cream and chocolate while stirring and let it cool down. Stir fat, sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one after the other. Mix flour, baking powder and nuts, alternating with the milk. Heat waffle iron and grease lightly. Bake 6 waffles from the dough one after the other

    Peel and slice the bananas. Heat honey in a pan. Turn banana slices in it. Cut pomegranate in half, remove seeds. Arrange waffles with banana slices, pomegranate seeds and chocolate sauce on plates, dust with icing sugar
