Apple jelly with calvados and mini apples

Ingredients

  • 2 kg Apples
  • 1 package (1 kg) Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 6 cl Calvados
  • 7-10 Tbsp Canned baby apples

Directions

    Juice apples in a juicer. Mix apple juice with jam sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Cook for 4 minutes until bubbly. Add Calvados. Pour jelly into prepared glasses. Add baby apples and close immediately
