Apple bread casserole with peach ice cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Peach ice cream
  • 1 bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Drizzle
  • 3-4 White bread slices
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pistachios
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Defrost the ice. Meanwhile wash the apple, cut out the core. Cut apple into thicker slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the slices of white bread and apple in a microwaveable dish.

    eggs and milk. Season to taste with vanilla sugar, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the bread and apple slices. Cook for ten minutes at 360 watts. Then cook at 600 watts for about four minutes.

    Add liver and cherry tomatoes and heat. Arrange ragout and nests of noodles on a large plate and chop pistachios and sprinkle over them. Garnish with lemon balm and serve with ice cream sauce.
