Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cube (20 g) Yeast
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 8 discs (10 g each) smoked bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

  1. 1

  2. 2

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, wash the apple thoroughly, quarter it and cut out the core. Cut apples into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

  4. 4

Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. Serve the pancakes garnished with marjoram as desired.
