Apple and ham salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Salatgurke (approx. 150 g)
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • several sheets Frisée salad
  • 4 discs (25 g each) cooked ham

Directions

    Wash the cucumber and cut it into pencils. Wash apples, cut in half, remove core. Cut the apples into sticks as well and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls.

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in oil and chives. Pour the marinade over the cucumber and apples and turn loosely. Clean, wash, drain and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces.

    Place four small plates with it. Spread cucumber and apple salad on top. Place 1 slice of ham on each plate.
