appetizers from Roquefort, honey cake and dried fruit

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 12 discs (about 1 cm thick) Honey cake
  • 6 dried soft apricots
  • 4 dried soft figs
  • 2 discs raw smoked ham (approx. 50 g each)
  • 200 g Roquefort cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mascarpone

Directions

    Cut ovals out of the honey cake slices with a cookie cutter. Use the rest for other purposes. Finely dice apricots, figs and ham. Stir Roquefort and Mascarpone until smooth and spread evenly on the bread slices.

    Spread fruit and ham cubes on top. Arrange on a plate.
