Ingredients

Servings: 40
  • 125 g soft butter/margarine
  • 50 g + 10 g diabetic sweetness
  • 4-5 Tr. Butter Vanilla Flavour
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS ground aniseed
  • 125 g Cornstarch
  • 60 g Flour
  • cling film, baking paper

Directions

    Cream fat, 50 g sweetness, flavour and aniseed. Mix starch and flour. Stir half into it, knead the rest and 1-2 tbsp. water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Quarter the dough. Shape each into a roll, wrap in foil and chill for approx. 30 minutes

    Cut each roll into 10 pieces and form them into balls. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper and press flat with a fork

    Bake the aniseed snow flakes in a preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 12-15 minutes until light brown. Cool down. Sprinkle with 10 g sweetness
