Clean the cabbage, wash it, cut it into eighths and remove the stalk. Chop or slice the cabbage finely. Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Peel and grate onions. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into fine rings.
Mix cabbage, carrots and whole onions and knead well. Season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper and stir into the cabbage.
Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour and season again. Goes well with Prague ham.
