Coarsely grate chocolate, melt fat and chocolate at low heat and remove from the stove. Whisk the eggs. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels. Stir sugar, vanillin sugar, eggs, flour, salt and nuts into the chocolate. Cover half of the baking tray with baking paper. Line approx. 1/2 baking tray (18 cm) with aluminium foil folded several times. Spread the dough evenly on the baking tray half. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for 15-20 minutes. Cut into 6x5 cm rectangles. Results in about 18 pieces. Brownies taste good with vanilla ice cream
