Grease a rectangular springform pan (23 x 33 cm). Spread the dough in the form and press it down slightly. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into pieces (approx. 2.5 x 8 cm) with a sharp knife
