Ingredients

  • 400 g fresh short pastry (refrigerated shelf)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut the dough in half. Knead one half of the dough with cocoa powder. Quarter the dough halves and form into rolls of approx. 0.5 cm thickness. Twist one light and one dark strand of dough evenly together. Cut into pieces of approx. 10 cm and place them in the shape of candy canes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 10-15 minutes. Take out and let cool down.
