  • 1 pack of (1 kg) fresh gnocchi (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1⁄8 l Milk
  • 100 g grated gouda

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, steep for about 2 minutes, then drain. Pete

    Put the gnocchi in an ovenproof dish. Mix cream, milk and parsley, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the gnocchi and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
