Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 large carrots
  • 300 g green beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1⁄4 l pale ale
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the carrots. Clean, wash and halve the beans. Peel onion, cut into rings. Cook the beans in little boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, add the carrots for about 5 minutes.

    Mix beer, soy sauce, Sambal Oelek, mustard and jam. Wash the fillets, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes. Fry the onion. Deglaze with beer mixture, bring to the boil.

    Simmer open for about 10 minutes. Turn the fillets once.

    Drain vegetables, mix with butter and season. Season beer sauce with salt and pepper. Arrange everything. Baguette tastes good with it.
