Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g Gouda cheese
  • 6 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 (each 275 g) Ciabatta bread
  • 30 discs Pepper salami (à approx. 6 g)
  • 25 g Butter
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Grate cheese. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. First cut the bread 3 times deep lengthwise, then cut 5-6 times crosswise, depending on length. Carefully break open the breads slightly so that they do not fall apart at the bottom.

  2. 2

Distribute the salami and cheese evenly into the cuts. Pour butter as flakes over the breads. Sprinkle with thyme.

  3. 3

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and arrange.
